Good morning. It is 45 degrees here. Bit of a chill. Yesterday I walked outside for first time in months. It was a challenge getting me and my walker down the 2 or 3 steep steps. I am going to try to walk every day. Food intake okay until bedtime. I wanted everything in the fridge but settled for PB&J. Not best choice but not worst.
