I knew its gonna be an even more depressed week so I've let myself a treat day (I went over the limit that I had mad :/ ) and I will stay on track the rest of the week :)
I also discovered a non-scale point that prove my efforts: I have upper abs! (still have fat at the bottom of my stomack so I don't have bottom abs but still proud I guess )
