My nephews took me out for Cuban fare tonight after our appointment with the financial advisor. It was really really good and pretty light when I came down to the calculations. I now wish that the half servings I left on my plate I had eaten, at least the chicken, oh well this is a learning process and just an indication that I need to get an I Phone so that I can check calorie counts before I order. I also need to stop going out and eating in resturants, this makes two nights in a row and that is one time too many.
