Went over my RDI for the last 3 days! Why do I eat so much when the weekend comes! Yesterday was a bust because my little guy was invited to 2 birthday parties back to back. And for both parties it was pizza on the menu and cake. I managed to stay away from the cake at the first party and be good for the most part but at the second party I gave in and had 2 slices of pizza and a piece of cake with tons of icing on it. I got three quarters of the way thru and then toss the remainder.

I worked hard on the farm on Saturday. I cleaned out two calf pens. My right arm feels like someone punched, it's that sore. Tenderfoot!! But I was soo hungry Sat night after the farm that I "let" myself eat doritos. I figured I did a lot of work so I could afford the chips!

ANYWAY, back to eating better today and getting out for a run! I'm looking to go shopping tonight after work. I need to get more workout gear now that the colder weather is coming.
