I know way too well that this week is gonna be another crappy week, no motivation for working out and my parents make very calorific meals. I just feel so guilty and I know that Im gonna feel like crap when Im gonna weight myself next Thursday. I hope that next days I won't be on a "if I taste a food I like I will binge on it" days...
