There's this youtuber called Fausto Murillo, he does train sessions every day, you get to work every part of your body, he speaks in spanish but you can make it without the sound! Good look in finding what's best for you

Wonderful walking workouts by Leslie Sansone on Youtube...vary in length depending on how much time you have....no complicated steps to catch on to...just high intensity variated walking that will burn lots of calories... I love it and my family joins in with me😊
