Today I woke up with a headache and a major craving for chocolate. This hasnt happened for a long time so maybe hormones due to that time of the month. My strategy is to acknowledge my cravings and have something small instead of ignoring and binge eating later. I had a small piece of candy but Im still craving so I exercised for 30 mins and seems to have passed. I also have alot of luck with eating mints (Tic Tacs) to deflect a craving..I have no idea why this works!
