I ended up eating dinner late last night, about 9PM. I had a late afternoon snack and actually ate "dessert" at 7PM! I was a bit worried what it would do to my weight this AM. The odd timing was still OK, as my weight stayed virtually the same. I knew that in the great grand scheme of things, the odd timing would not be a problem, but I still didn't want to face the scale going up 2-3 pounds, even temporarily.

Walked 3.3 total miles this AM, 2.6 with doggies along. It's a nice sunny day, with temps in the 60's, going up into the 70's later.

A little health food store I've never been in, is going to have an open house, of sorts, this weekend. I'm going to try to make it there, just to see what they might have that I could use for this WOE. And....I like to support locally-owned businesses if I can. They have a sign out front, however, that says they have HCG, so I'm hoping they're not into a lot of things that I consider bogus or untested.
