I'm doing so well on this life changing journey and it's made me feel positive about the future and I know 100% I will reach my goal weight. The diet isn't a diet for me this is life changing event, I will never go back to high Carbs with little nutritional value.

well done. I hear what you are saying about this not being a diet. This also is a lifestyle change for me also. And suprisingly, counting my calories, and execising has not been as difficult as I imagined. I am eating twice as much food as I ever have, keeping to carbs earlier in the day, and then protein and veges after 2pm. This works for me as I am going to gym early morning. I never realised how fattening large vanilla lattes were, ( I would have 4 a day at least).
