So for the week of my daughter's birthday I completely went off plan. Eating everything and anything. Cake, cookies, pizza, burgers, soda. You name it, I ate it. So of course I gained weight but I am completely ecstatic that I only gained 1.5 lbs. I was off the plan for over a week and only gained 1.5 lbs! I thought I was going to gain at least 5 pounds. Well I'm back on the plan today and ready to focus. I know this week is going to be hard because of the cravings but I am down over 30 lbs now and I know I can do it. Hopefully by my birthday in February I will either be at goal or be 10 lbs away from goal. I'm excited and can't wait!!

That's not so bad! The point is that you jumped back on and are not letting a week destroy your big plan!
