In reading some of the posts I read that you have a carb, protein, fat goal...what should your wheel look like at the end of the day??

Nikki - I don't worry about macros and just focus on calories. I was doing that for a bit and it made me crazy. I average about 65- 80 grams of protein a day. And I'm usually around 125-145 in carbs. Fat is usually around 25.
Does your diet have requirements as far as those things?
