My inner fat girl escaped over the weekend. We weigh in tomorrow officially but I've gained back almost 4 pounds since last week. Ouch. Back on track today though and I'm going to increase my workouts too. In addition to my jog everyday I'm going to do a 30 minute circuit workout focusing on all the major areas. I've always struggled with those so I'll probably have to start with the easier stuff and work up to the harder stuff. Even though I gained back some weight I'm excited to get back on track and push myself to succeed.

Great attitude! I hate it when my inner fat girl breaks out lol. It's really hard to keep her reigned in over the weekend when temptations are high. Keep up the good work though, and I know you'll reach your goals!!
