Great weekend with my wife - she completed a 10k race in Banff, Alberta - beautiful weekend.. but the diet took a brutal beating.. cannelloni, wine, chocolate, more drinks, more deep fried meat fondue, etc., etc... so, back hard and determined today! (I'm guessing something approaching a pound or so, maybe two.. and next weekend won't be easier (off to Dallas to watch the Cowboys lose to Denver!)
