I’m trying intermittent fasting lately, and I think it’s been working great! I don’t completely go empty tummy, I have a lemon water and some hot chocolate while I do some work 😋
An easy way to cut some calories and stimulate your digestive system. I have read some articles about eating a protein packed breakfast to reduce your appetite, but that doesn’t really work for me, and makes me go even hungrier 😂
