Finished product! I took EVOO and garlic and heated it up. Added the rest of the baby spinach we had left and chopped up the kale 🥬 I froze off. Sea salt and pepper, squeeze of lime, lemon pepper, oregano and basil 🌿 and sumac. Added in the king 🦀 chowder and stirred once the spinach and kale 🥬 was wilted and soft. Took 3 x protein Greek cream cheese and mixed it in and a little butter 🧈. In another pan, I did EVOO, garlic and peeled 🍤 with old bay, cilantro and basil 🌿 serve in a bowl and top with the 🍤. Enjoy 😊🤗🤤🤤🤤🤤💜💚

Oh shoot!! Y’all the king 🦀 chowder is from Costco. They sell it in 2 packs and you can freeze it. The jumbo shrimp 🍤 is also from Costco that we froze off as well.
