you need to be on a calorie deficit to lose weight my friend no matter how hard you work out you would not be able to lose a little amount of weight if you don't change your diet

That's true. I usually take 1200 calories and my rdi is 1800 calories. Exercises I do burn approx 300 calories, hence my body remains in a calorie deficit of about 900-1000 calories daily. You have to modify your calorie intake and amount of exercise accordingly.

hey.. does having warm water with honey in morning works?

@neha, I do 8000 steps daily in morning with 30-45 minutes of HIIT in the evening.

@diksha, warm water with lemon and honey removes the toxins from body and also helps to regulate bowel movement thus cleaning out the colon and excess waste material. This inturn helps in weight loss.

I workout 5 days in a week...and my workout are upper body lower body and also ab exercises

@Neemla, your RDI is 1520 calories per day at sedentary lifestyle for maintenance. But your BMI is normal. You shouldn't be losing weight, it can affect your health. You can start with some toning exercises to strengthen your body.

Hey Prachi, you're doing great already🙂. It really becomes frustrating sometimes when despite of doing everything, we don't get the result we want. But the thing is the we should have patience and be consistent.👍🏻
