Discouraged but moving forward. Prior to weighing in this week, I'd exercise 10 of 11 days and stayed within or pretty close to my calorie allotment. Tracked every bite during that time, and my net weight loss is exactly 0. I've gained back the 0.6 I had lost last week!

In rebellion, I did not record my weight in hopes that it would be better the next day (nope), and I did not exercise that night. BUT, I did get out and exercise last night, and I continue to track my food.

Pressing forward.
