my biggest problem I'm having is being able to exercise. I have a vibration platform which is suppose to help with weight loss, but seems to make my ankles swell. I only have to be on it 10 minutes. So I will keep trying to use it. With arthritis in my lower back, it's really hard to do most exercise, besides a little walking,that's the best I can do.
