Walked 30 minutes today. Walked the stairs.

If you are doing p90x, good luck that is one serious exercise program. I made it to two months. Tip: You will want to eat, but remember to keep up with your calorie intake. I made the mistake of thinking that because I was working out so hard I could take it easy on dieting...wrong answer. I probably could have lost so much weight had I have dieted along with the program. Good luck to you
