I watched this video on binge eating today. It was actually really helpful. Here’s what I learned:

1. Use past tense to think about yourself

Like for example, say I used to binge, but now I don’t. It helps you change your habits and think about yourself in a more positive light.

2. Treat yourself every once in awhile, when you’re happy.

Otherwise you might binge all over again. And this way you’ll have a more healthy relationship with junk food.
