So hungry today. Need to figure out a way to increase my protein. Out of "quick-foods" at work. I need to go to the store but I don't want to...whine, whine, whine. I must plan ahead better or I will sabotage my diet. Stinkin' hot here in Iowa!!! I haven't been walking on my breaks like I should and I haven't been working out at home either. Our house is so hot...poor window air can't keep up. My husband was hot and miserable most of the night. Our room was 82 degrees and the fans weren't doing much to keep anything cool. The weather should break soon.... :)
