8/23 - didn't get out so did a Leslie Sansome walking/jogging tape for 30 minutes. She claims we did 2.5 miles, but I'm claiming 2 miles. Did not walk today, 8/24. So did 2 of 3 days. plan to get in at least 4-5 walk/run days next week. Good luck all.
