It has been quite awhile since I've made an entry; probably because I have been struggling. But this week is going to be a good one. Today I discovered chickpea pasta. I was looking for whole wheat pasta but couldn't find any. That was probably a GOOD thing. The chickpea version is tasty, and I don't put sauce on it; just a little margarine. Have you ever tried Pasta Zero? It’s soooooo good and really low calories\carbs.
