I just kind of put it together. So it's rice cauliflower, a hamburger patty seasoned with just salt and pepper, sauteed onions, brown gravy, and a poached egg. I did make the brown gravy from scratch this time, from a recipe I found in one of my cookbooks. It's a 1/4 cup of flour, one and a half cups of water, and a tablespoon of beef bouillon. I sauteed the onions first, when they were done I took them out of the frying pan, then I cooked the hamburger patties in the same pan, then when those were done, I took them out of the frying pan. I added the fourth cup of flour to the pan, cooked the flour for a couple minutes, then slowly poured in the 1 and 1/2 cups of water and added the beef bouillon and I cooked that for just a few minutes added some pepper to taste. I ended up adding more water, because the gravy was very goopy....is that a word? Goopy???
