I'm not seeing a lot of loss on the scale right now but I'm down an inch and a half in my waist and another inch on my hips so, I'll take it. I'm teaching the first class that I've taught since COVID this week and even though it'll be over Zoom and it's a class I've taught 4 other times, I'm nervous about it. But, I didn't let my feelings cause me to stress eat. And I've been pretty faithful with the workouts. I count the small victories.
