I use batch cooking and meal planning to stay on plan. I have a tendency to go too long without eating so having a fridge full of meals helps me and the husband stay on track. I'll make 5 weeknight meals with these ingredients. Those meals will feed 4, with enough leftovers for my husband to take for lunch. and for a leftover night on the weekend.
I like that I know exactly what's in my food, always.
I juice or do smoothies during the day.
