I don't know if it is the weather, the news leading me into a depression, or just me getting older - I think I have been on this site now for about 10 years now (maybe longer) - but gee this round of losing weight and staying in my RDI is really difficult. Well before the end of summer this COVID crap should be done and either it is going to get me too, or I will be retired but regardless, I should be able to focus on getting back into shape to some extent.
