Back again after a rough year during which I chose to eat my feelings.
I am still keeping it simple with a basic deficit in calories but no real limits on the types of food because I know that is what works for me. The last time around I lost 40 lbs this way and it was super easy to maintain.
The only real change I am making is that I will only weigh myself once per month. I am hoping that this will help me to focus on the daily “work” that I need to do without worrying about the # on the scale.
