ok it finally down on me that I am no longer a young woman and cannot eat as much as my body crave. I am doing portion control and eating when I am hungry plus doing exercises so i can loose the extra fat that is seating in my gut. just the thought of that fat all around my intestines is fairly gross. So since I have a seating job I do not need all of the calories. What a revelation!! I am no longer 20 so I cannot feed my body as if i was 20. breand new day!!
