Hi friends 🤗 I’m making guilt free gnocchis. slnzz has been making them and they look so good 😋😋🤗🤗 hubby and I saw a recipe for ones that is simply ricotta and eggs and flour, but I have almond flour I have been wanting to use! So totally will be guilt free😃 I will post it when we make it together and all the ingredients 🥰 yesssss meepersjeepers it’s Peach Bellini. I love smell goods💜💚

🧜🏻♀️ mama🤗🤗 I have had gnocchi like once in my life, well maybe 3 times because I think Olive Garden has a gnocchi soup. So it’s funny friend because I have been seeing my friend slnzz post beautiful looking gnocchis and during this hubby and I were watching the Food channel and boom, there it came on during an Italian theme. I think it was Diners, Drive Throughs and Dives actually. So anyway, this chef totally doesn’t use potatoes, but simply ricotta and flour and eggs and I was on the porch and hubby was yelling for me to come in to see it. He rewinded it. Oh for Pete’s sakes!! He video recorded it so we can make it together 🥰 it was so weird because I was seeing slnzz posts of gnocchis and was like yep, this is going down!! Especially since hubby was excited about a lower carb gnocchi. It’s a long collander that you place the cut up gnocchi dough in and let it boil in hot water🤗🤗🤗☺️😋😋💜💚

gnocchi are traditionally made with potatoes (I am Italian and we made them as kids) but you could probably use cauliflower and ricotta and almond flour.
