Well. Had a great weekend - travelled to Livingston, Montana - had some GREAT FOOD, a few drinks, visited Yellowstone and had a great time seeing Bill Burr - a highly recommended comedian.
Anyhow, came home and weighed-in two pounds over prior weigh in. Felt a little bit chagrined, but, hey, that's life, right? So, back to the plan and over the last two days, not only am I back to normal, but lost another half pound according to my scale this morning.
Yay.
Slow and steady. Keep on swimming. I think I can. etc., etc..
Feeling good and strong, down 22.5 pounds since May.. 25.5 to go!
