I am so diassapointed in myself! Day 1 yesterday and i couln't help myself, i had half a mars bar, two table spoons of rice and i didnt even drink water!!! only drank coke zero and flavoured water and tea with honey... Must DO Better today and great!!! for lunch, there is sausage, chips, sausage rolls in the house.. I'll have to lock myself in my room......good start for the morning though. Cant really understand how i lst 4 pounds last night!
