End of First Day in College Well I got through it, nearly had a "WHOOPS" but I got through it. Im def more active been back at College. But will have to plan my lunches more carefully. Had bad stomach cramps when I got home, ended up in bathroom for ages, I suffer from IBS but I just normally just get on with it. Kids laughing as my stomach is making so much noise.

Wouldn't it be great if you knew exactly when you would have a flare up and could eat what you want and just 'get rid' of it! Congrats on your first day back and plan those lunches!

well I have meds like that, Doc said Im suppose to take them each day and i cant as I would have no life, running back and forth to bathroom, I only take it when I really need it, esp when the opposite of today happens,

Definitely plan those lunches... it's so easy otherwise to just grab whatever is available. Which reminds me... I haven't made tomorrow's lunch yet, so best I do that eh. Have a great day tomorrow! :o)
