This has been my evening dinner every day now for 6 weeks. Certainly kills the hunger and keeps the bad numbers low ;) . 400g of low fat yoghurt on two chopped bananas. The only problem with living in Japan is Fatsecret has never heard of any of the products haha. I have found near enough equivalents though that match what my foods say on the side ;) . Anyway, looking forward to the morning so I can have a cooked lunch as always :)
