Happy Friday All! My employer was kind of enough to give all employees today off so I am kicking off a nice 4 day mind break from work.

Hope you all have a nice long weekend ahead.

WOD - Body weight edition - 3 X through this routine:
30 jumping jacks
10 pull ups
30 squats
10 dips
10 inverted rows
10 push ups

Gassed, as usual. Only got 8 pull ups third time through, but the rest, made it.
