I’ve been trying to lose the last bit of weight from baby #4 and I hit a plateau at 135. I’ll bounce from 132-136 and sometimes go as low as 130. My goal is 120ish. Depends on where I lose the weight honestly. This is my 2nd day with the app, and I have learned that I have apparently been starving myself. I ate like I normally do today - I logged everything - and I barely hit 800 calories and I had to snack like crazy to hit 1400 which is still less than I should be eating most likely. Since being laid off due to the CV I’ve gotten into a funk in the last 2 months and have no appetite (I get hungry, but nothing seems appetizing so I just feed everyone else and pick on things here and there) however, I see all the delicious foods posted on the journals and I have already decided to make eggs, sausage, and sliced avocado for breakfast tomorrow and I can’t wait (I’m going shopping tomorrow after the hubs gets home from work and I’m going to try to make the delicious looking oatmeal/banana/pecans I saw earlier as well for the weekend. I’m super excited to see what is posted next for more inspiration 💕
