Clean eating is definately the way to go. There are so many different things one can eat and a whole new world of eating has opened up to me. I'm so glad I started doing this and loving every second. The stupid little bumps on the back of my arms have disappeared - seems gluten intolerance was to blame. And I've lost 6.6kg since starting. And I eat LOTS! I eat until I'm full. I have a "clean treat" when I feel like it. So all is good! Whoop!!!
