Weigh in was a lil disappointing (nothing lost, nothing gained) but I had some proud moments this past week. I know the cocktails are KILLING my diet, but I'm not giving those up! Still managed to do good with the food this weekend... I did eat a slice of pizza this weekend BUT it was just a slice, didnt go overboard and sabotage myself like I normally do!

This weeks goal:

Exercise at least three days this week.
Get my body into ketosis


I GOT THIS! Everyone have an AMAZING WEEK!!
