With summer vacation, both kids at home, hubby home, and the new routine for summer school, science workshop, trying the gym....I've lost my focus, and am looking forward to finding it again. In the meantime, I'm maintaining at the same weight. Have to refocus and rededicate -- I'd like to lose another 5 lbs by the end of August, and I have vacation before then, so I should probably be aiming for 10 lbs. Seriously -- when I'm eating away from home every day, there's only so many lettuce(!) salads I can take! :-)

I lost my focus this week as well. Really I've only had a couple days that I did ok since I decided to make a change. Thank goodness for another day to start. :) You've done so well I'm sure you'll be right back on track!

I lost mine last week. We had my step daughters last week and so when we have all 5 girls at home it gets really stressful and crazy and very hard to stay focused. So I am getting back on track and I hope that next week when we have all 5 again I don't slide again.It happens to everyone at some point all we can do is pick ourselves back up, dust off and get back on track.

Amen, sister! I fell off the wagon a month and a half ago. Talk about lack of focus. I was so dedicated and now I'm astonished at how I ended right back in the same boat again...

Thanks, Ladies! Sometimes we just have to re-group, make changes, and start again with smaller steps. I'm holding steady, and am at my pre-wedding weight (before 2 pregnancies). For me, I think I have to find a bunch of new and exciting recipes to try. It's also key for me to keep busy and out of the kitchen. :-) We can do this!!!
