Day 6 of my return to the weight loss journey. I am thrilled with the small weight loss this morning. Any loss is a good loss! Hubby & I have the house to ourselves today as DD19 is gone on a trip. Today is a day of rest for me. I plan to do a little house cleaning and shopping, but not much else today. I may go for a swim this evening to cool off and get a little exercise.

I really enjoyed my cup of coffee this morning. I only drink 2 cups of coffee a week. One on Saturday and one on Sunday. If I could learn to enjoy the coffee without the creamer I could have all the coffee I want, but I hate using points on a beverage that does not fill me up. I occasionally will drink a smoothie in place of lunch, but not usually because I get hunger and it uses too many points.

Today has no real plan. I will stay on program, but I have not completed my calendar and I had not decided on what we would eat today.
