I wish I took a photo at 171.8 pounds, but I was too ashamed... Anyways, I sprained my ankle and I'm posting this to keep me going. I did my first chair work out today ☺️ It felt GOOD!

That is really good progress for such a short amount of time! I don't think I could see that much of a difference so quickly. So sorry you sprained your ankle. That is tough. I sprained my ankle 2 Summers ago and certainly didn't do enough exercise when it first happened and for a while after, so it's good you're doing workouts! Keep it up and hope your ankle feels better/recovers well :)
