I’m so happy for you! Didn’t realize you hurt your back. I tweaked mine yesterday 😭 Hope I don’t lose too much progress while I’m resting it😬

I bet😊 Really makes us appreciate our bodies when we have injury or illness. Thank you! I tend to just bulldoze ahead and push my body to the max. I thought stretching and hot baths would protect me. Guess I need more rest days in between workout days once I’m feeling better for sure.
