Military Diet - Day 3
Whoo hooo, down 2.5 lbs in 2 days!!! I'm anxious to weigh in tomorrow and see if I lose any more. I'm also anxious to see what I weigh in a week to see if I gain it all back or if I can keep it off.
I'm happier than a camel on Wednesday! Happy Hump Day!

How have you felt on the military diet?

Pretty good, lots of energy on Day 1 but on Day 2 I had a little headache and fatigue. I didn't know whether to blame it on the diet or the 106 degree weather. Overall it has been really easy to follow and I feel good. I think it is a good way to break through a plateau.
