I'm tired and discouraged. I worked from early morning until 3 in the afternoon (funeral dinner), swam from 3:30 to 7:00 and came home and did animal chores. I stayed on track eating (I have been for weeks) and weighed myself today and gained. Grrrrrrr. If I don't get to swim after church, I am going to make a new recipe for supper and take a nap. I was grouchy yesterday and today...not fit to be around.
