I am looking forward to a very full Saturday. Starting off I go to my Saturday AM Zumba class and that leaves me wringing wet so I quickly change and run to my French tutor for my Saturday French class. He is a professor of French at the university and a wonderful instructor. Then I come home and I have a huge amount of work to do around the house. First and foremost: gardening and pruning. Then I am on clutter patrol. In between I might take a dip in the pool if it is really sunny, which I am expecting. Early evening I will be on duty at the barbecue cooking steaks for dinner. And through it all, because I lost nearly thirty pounds in these last few months I won't be obsessing about how I look. I won't be huffing and puffing unable to keep up with the others at Zumba. I won't be afraid the neighbors might catch a glimpse of me going into the pool. I won't be worried about the calories at dinner. I have a system in place to ensure things stay the same, or even improve. God is good.
