Had a big lunch today...one of my dearest friends and co-workers was taking a new job, we have worked together over 11 years. So as you can imagine I was really depressed. We had homemade meatballs and sauce, with french bread so you could make a sub..(yum) but, I was pretty good. Had about 4 meatballs around 10:30 am (hard not to, they were in a crockpot in my office) Then had a small piece of french bread and 3 meatballs for a little sub.
Tommorow will also be hard, my company is being bought out by another one and tomm is the transition day..we are having a pot luck so I will have to stay on my toes and do my best not to graze!!

Going to do my workout dvd soon, to help with my lunchtime indescretion!!
