Everything is starting to get to me. Drinking too much, eating too much, and not exercising enough. Tough place we are all in.
Going to mix it up a bit and try to do a body weight routine Wed/Fri/Sun. Though just received our resistance band gear - will experiment with them today as well.
Run through these exercises 3 times: 30 jumping jacks 10 pull ups 30 squats 10 dips 10 inverted rows 10 push ups
Will try to turn around my mood for this Wednesday. It is dreary here, though. Rain all day. Hope all is safe and well where you are, my FS friends.

Sun's out now where I'm living. Took me a long walk to the mailboxes. I love how far they are from where I live! Really gives me one good thing to do everyday of the week! If I could only get my young one to be as enthusiastic as me, well, yeah....
