I've been doing circuit training live in my gym's Facebook page and walking/jogging, and Zumba, Zumba Toning and Piloxing on Zoom. I'm trying to keep busy!

Hi my name is Allison. I am new to this app. I am disgusted at how many carbs and calories im eating in a day. I am extremely overweight. You look great and i love your muscles. What did you do to look so great? I am feeling lost and discouraged. I want to eat low carb but i dont know how to do that. Do you have any suggestions?

I eat lots of lean proteins and lots of veggies. I don't really count carbs, just try to eat healthy (right now during this quarantine it's very difficult for me). For me counting calories is key. I used to weigh 280 pounds and tried all kinds of diets, and counting calories has been the only thing that helped me. As far as exercises, I do strength-training and cardio.

Hahaha, I only have up to 15 lb dumbbells at home, and since I'm doing circuit training (50 seconds of work) I stick to the 8s.

You look great and what you are doing is what is working for me. I have lost about 30 pounds since retiring and losing my husband, and kept it off. I would like to lose another 30 this year, which is kind of drastic, but am keeping a positive attitude. I have arthritis a bit and am working with small weights for my arms. You are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing.
