Up just a tic today, nothing big...183.8. We had lunch out yesterday, and I opted for a hamburger on wheat bun w/sweet potato fries. Also had a dinner roll beforehand, as I was starving. Didn't have a morning snack, or afternoon snack. Probably was under 1800 calories for the day, which is a couple hundred over my ceiling, but not concerned about going over by that little margin every once in a while. Most days I fall in at around 1400, well under. Determined to be under 180 lbs by my birthday in late October.
