I work with a lot of people who live internationally and when I give them an avocado (usually on toast) it’s amazing to see their + redaction, what this gift (fruit) Mexico has to offer the world.

Kennybpaa1 it’s just basically poached eggs cooked in tomato sauce with diced tomatoes, onions,bell peppers,garlic.. I melted mozzarella as well . I like to scoop some up with sauce and lay on avocado toast top it with an egg and enjoy as the yolk runs!😋
